Artec Eva 3D Scanner is similar to a video camera which captures in 3D. The scanner captures up to 16 frames per second. These frames are aligned automatically in real-time, which make scanning easy and fast. This is especially important for the creation of special effects, medical and biomechanical research. Because of the high quality, Eva’s textured models can be used in such industries as CG/Animation, forensics and medicine.
This structured light 3D scanner is the ideal choice for making a quick, textured and accurate 3D model of medium sized objects such as a human bust, an alloy wheel, or a motorcycle exhaust system. It scans quickly, capturing precise measurements in high resolution, which allows for almost unlimited applications, without the use of additional equipment.

Eva Lite is similar to Eva in every way except it does not have the ability to capture texture., is the budget version of the bestselling white light Artec Eva 3D scanner. It features the same accuracy specs, but with reduced functionality: Eva Lite has geometry only tracking and capture. As a result, this affordable 3D scanner can be used for making high quality textureless 3D scans when scanning geometrically rich objects, such as the human body.
Eva Lite can be upgraded to Eva at any point for the price difference between the two scanners.
